Which plan makes sense?
Single is the natural fit for one production site. Plus only becomes economically sensible when you actually need coverage for two or three sites. Multi is aimed at higher-volume owners, freelancers and agencies. Do not buy a larger license because you assume it will make one site faster; the license tier changes site coverage, not the optimization engine.
What is included
The current pricing page says Rocket Insights is included and describes built-in performance features including caching, LazyLoad, preload, Delay JS, Remove Unused CSS and a limited free RocketCDN tier for key pages. Always re-check the official pricing page before purchase because packages can change.
Renewal and budgeting
Treat the license as a recurring software cost. When comparing it with free plugins, include the time cost of setup, troubleshooting and maintaining multiple tools. For agencies, the relevant comparison is often cost per managed site and staff time rather than sticker price alone.
